In Loving Memory of Chandni

Today is a very sad day.

Chandni Sharma, a dear friend of mine since we were 8 have passed away due to cancer. She was just 15 going on 16. She never gotten a chance to touch Sweet 16 before the cancer cells took over.

Her absence only screams of the hollowness in everyone who loved and still love her. Last year, she was diagnosed with bone cancer and was taken into relapse. It's been a year and she's finally gone. The news of her passing shocked everyone to the core even though we knew it was terminal.

She was an athlete in school, she loved playing sports. If anyone could've gotten cancer, she was the last one to cross anyone's mind. Her last few days in Earth was painful for her and all those around her. We miss her loads but glad that she doesn't have to suffer anymore.

God loves her more, it is obvious. She passed away last night (13. November) and was cremated today. Despite her last few torturous days, anyone would've thought she was asleep. Please pray for her family for they have lost their last child.

We miss you, Chandni. And we know that you are in a better place now.

I'm just your average 15-going-on-16 girl. Who likes to draw...but is never contented with what comes out. :) Yeah, pretty normal.

I enjoy art. Tremendously. I can just sit and stare at a piece of abstract and ideas will come whirring into my already-intoxicated brain.

Please stop all kinds of art theft. It's disgusting and to all those people pretending to be me or other great artists, please stop and think about what you're doing. Imagine if someone else took something you solely worked so hard for and claimed it as their own. STOP ART THEFT!

I've got alot to do in college but I really do miss drawing.I don't have much time these days other than do basic sketches or write poems or words.Do have a look at my rather meagre gallery if you have the time, and if you do ,please comment on the handbound journals.Its one of the few new things I've learned lately.:D
